Brown Basmati & Wild Rice - 500g

Add 1 cup of rinsed rice and 2 cups water to a pot. Add sprinkle of salt and 1 tsp oil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer until water is absorbed (about 45 - 50 minutes). Remove from heat. Leave covered and
let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
